What types of payment methods do you accept?
A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
What time can I check in and what time do I need to check out?
Check-in from 3:00pm. Check-out from 7:00am to 12:00pm.
Do you provide a shuttle transfer service to and from the hotel? If yes, how much do you charge?
Unfortunately, our hotel doesn’t offer any shuttle transfer service.
What are the facilities included in your hotel?
Guests who stay with us can avail all of these following facilities: free parking, free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities, ironing, trouser press and packed lunches.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
No, smoking is not allowed in our hotel. All of our rooms are non-smoking.
What is the cancellation/deposit policy?
No booking deposit is required. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If you choose to cancel within 48 hours of arrival your first-night stay will be charged to your credit card/debit card.
For Pre-Pay and Save Room types, the full amount has been taken from your credit/debit card and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
How can I amend a reservation?
Yes, you can amend a reservation through our hotel’s website online booking or call us directly on +353 (0) 21 4210300.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed. However, guide dogs are welcome.
Does the hotel accommodate people with disabilities?
Yes, our hotel can accommodate people with disabilities.
Do you have onsite parking and is it included in my room rate?
Yes, our hotel provides ample free parking for all our guests.
Is internet available?
Yes, there’s free Wi-Fi available in all of our rooms and throughout the hotel.
What are your dining times for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Breakfast is available on Mondays to Sundays from 7:00am – 10:30am at the Bailey’s Restaurant. Sunday lunch is also available from 12:00pm – 3:00pm (Pre-booking is essential).
Inside the Bar & Grill area, lunch is available on Mondays to Fridays from 12:00pm – 3:00pm. Dinner is available on Mondays to Fridays from 3:00pm – 9:00pm and on Sundays from 5:00pm – 9:00pm.
Do you have a business centre with fax, photocopying and printing services?
No
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know.
Do you have an ATM in your hotel? If not, where is the nearest cash point?
We don’t have an ATM in our hotel. The closest cash point is Blackpool Shopping Centre, just 6 minutes walk from us.
Do you accept group bookings?
We don’t accept group bookings through online booking. However, we do accept group bookings by phone. Call us directly on +353 (0) 21 4210300.
Does the hotel offer family facilities?
Unfortunately, there are no family facilities available in our hotel at this time.
What times is the Swimming Pool open for children to use?
There’s no swimming pool facility inside our hotel. However, if you want to go swimming with your children, visit Churchfield Leisureworld, just 5 minutes via car or 30 minutes by bus from Great National Commons Inn Hotel.
Can I book without a credit or debit card?
Yes, you can book without a credit or debit card upon arrival to the hotel.
